A synthetic tranquilizer used for muscle therapy that causes very heavy sedation in the user while also activating the nerve endings in their muscles. Originally created as a way to rebuild damaged/rebuilt muscle tissue, it found another use as a sedative weight-loss supplement, and when in a concentrated form, as a party drug.
