Description

This encoded keycard is required to activate an orbital mining laser. Security protocols require this single-use keycard be stored at orbital laser platforms until all pre-firing procedures have been met. The keycard must then be inserted into a terminal at a ground-based Laser Activation Bunker to activate the mining laser.
