We got lucky and some recent scans of have shown that an open bounty by the name of is hiding out there. You have been authorized to enter the site, find them, and resolve the bounty. However, in addition to the bounty and their criminal accomplices, the site is likely to have civilians present as well. While we're eager to see dealt with, we can't have any civilian casualties.
